Ingredients
2 cup Basmati Rice
2 cup green peas
2 green chilly in small pieces
1/2 ts ginger in small pieces
2" cinnamon stick
4 tbspoons ghee
4 cup water
salt to taste
Method

Method
- Heat ghee on medium flame in a cooker.
- Add green chilly ginger and cinnamon.
- Fry for a few seconds.
- Add the rice fry for 2 minute now add green peas, water and salt.
- Mix well.
- Lit the cooker till one whisle then cook on low flam till all water evaporates.
- Separate rice with fork.
- Serve hot with chutny or vegetable.
