4 cup boil Basmati rice
2 tbs grated coconut
1 tspoon mustard seeds
1 tspoon bengal gram (chana dal)
1 tspoon urad dal
4 green chilly in small pieces
2 red chilly (make 4 pieces)
1/4 tspoon hing
4 tbs ghee
10 curry leaves and salt to taste
1 cup of fried dryfruits to garnish.
Method ( Recipe )
- Heat ghee on medium level in a large pan.
- Add the mustard seeds and fry till they cracker.
- Now add the grams, red chilli bits, hing fry for a few seconds till the grams turn light brown.
- Add the chopped green chilly, curry leaves and rice fry for 5 minute
- Add coconut mix well.
- Keep on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fried dryfruits.
