Ingredients
4 ripe tomato in small pieces
1 bowl curd
1 tspoon begal gram
1 tspoon urad dal
1/2 tspoon musterd seed
4-5 curry leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tspoon suger
1/4 tspoon cumin seed powder
Method
- Add tomato pieces in curd and add cumin seed powder, salt,sugar.
- Heat oil in pan reduce flame.
- Add musterd seeds when they cackle than add both dal fry
- Fry till dal start change colour than pour it in curd.
- Serve chill with pulav.
- You can take it with rice, chapati and bread also.
